Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Some items may ship separately

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately.  Each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked using the tracking number provided to you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   Not all items are available in all countries.  If there is a problem shipping an order to your location, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the reasons beyond our control, Jim’s Venture Store is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

We are not responsible for weather related damage or delays. Once a package leaves our facility, it is completely out of our control.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jimtrebors@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not knowingly ship to embargoed countries 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jims Venture Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not knowingly ship to P.O. boxes.  Please provide a physical address when making a purchase.   

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
